Before I started to work in the performing arts field, I studied Cultural Studies, English and Politics at the University in Leipzig and Sussex University in Brighton. During my studies and after my graduation with a Master in Arts in 2003 I worked in different institutions or for various festivals as an intern or assistant, but earned my living in a coffee shop.
2007 I moved to Berlin and since then I work in this beautiful city in the field of choreography, dance and perfomance. I support artists in their projects and love to see these works grow and develop. From time to time I need some festival madness and so I worked as production manager for such great festivals as Context #6_Politics of Ecstasy, Hebbel am Ufer, Berlin in 2009 and serveral editions of Tanznacht Berlin, produced by Tanzfabrik Berlin.
In 2009 I was selected for SPACE – Performing Arts Manger on the Move, a European trainee program on mobility for 30 young professionals in the field of performing arts.
