For almost 15 years I have been supporting artists in the field of dance, choreography and performance in realising their projects and ideas. My primary concern is a stable and continuous collaboration, in order to create the framework form them to work artistically. I adapt the administrative, financial and organisational needs individually to the artistic processes. Since 2021, my focus has been on making the works of the following artists more visible: Begüm Erciyas, Christina Ciupke and Juan Dominguez, supported by the Distribution Fund of the Senate Department for Culture and Europe Berlin.

In addition to my work for individual artists, I was responsible as production manager for a number of festivals, e.g. for Context # 6_Politics of Ecstasy, Hebbel am Ufer, Berlin 2009 and three editions of Tanznacht Berlin (2012 - 2018), organised by Tanzfabrik Berlin. 

In 2010 I was selected for the European project “Arts Manager on the move”, a trainee program from “Space - Supporting Performing Arts Circulation in Europe”. 

I pass on my knowledge in workshops and seminars, e.g. in the summer university of the University of the Arts (UDK) Berlin, in the Inter-University Center for Dance (HZT) Berlin, and RESO Swiss. In 2017 I worked as a mentor for young production managers for the TANDEM project at Tanzbüro Berlin. I am currently involved in other mentoring activities as part of the mentoring program of the Performing Art Program Berlin (PAP) with the young choreographer Johanna Ackva. 

I have been a member of the board of Zeitgenössischer Tanz Berlin e.V. between 2017 and 2021, which represents the interests of artists, choreographers, dancers, dance companies and institutions active in the context of dance, choreography and performance in Berlin.
